Our team includes 180+ specialists who implement projects of any complexity according to the client's needs.

We invite you to the system department administration of a proactive IT Help Desk specialist who will quickly and efficiently perform tasks.

What we expect from the candidate:

  • work experience in technical support or as a system administrator for at least 1-2 years;
  • confident work with operational systems: Windows (versions 7-11), Windows Server (2008 R2), Linux, MacOS and Android;
  • ability to assemble stationary computers, select the necessary components, carry out basic repair of laptops, carry out diagnostics and technical settings;
  • practical skills in working with mobile devices, including installing, updating and configuring applications;
  • experience in laying network cables, setting up network equipment and ensuring stable network operation;
  • knowledge of Active Directory architecture, principles of VPN connections, as well as experience in using cloud tools and services;
  • understanding of the basics of information security, in particular in the context of corporate infrastructure;
  • high level of independence, proactivity in solving tasks, ability to work in an effective team interaction.

Main tasks:

  • installation, configuration and support of computer equipment and mobile devices based on Windows (7-11), Linux, MacOS, Android;
  • installation of office software, administration of Active Directory, provision of technical support for company employees;
  • support of stable operation of the office local network, troubleshooting of wired and wireless connection;
  • configuration, diagnostics and repair of office equipment: PCs, laptops, TVs, mobile phones, routers, printers, scanners, projectors;
  • maintenance and monitoring of video surveillance systems;
  • creation and maintenance of employee accounts, setting up corporate e-mail, messengers, VPN, Office 365 services, remote access;
  • maintenance of equipment records: ordering, receiving and monitoring the use of equipment;
  • prompt processing of employee requests, keeping records of completed tasks;
  • conducting introductory technical training for new employees.
