System administrator, information security specialist in Premium Finans, OOO

Job description

We are looking for a responsible and proactive specialist who is able to maintain the stable operation of the IT infrastructure and ensure a high level of company data protection.

Main duties:

1. Technical support and infrastructure:

• User support: Consulting and technical assistance to employees on the operation of software, OS and MS Office packages, peripherals.
• OS administration: Setting up and supporting Windows Server 2019, Windows 10/11
• Network administration: Working with network equipment, understanding the TCP/IP model and protocols (SFTP, SMB, RDP, VPN).
• Equipment: Knowledge of PC hardware, laptops and peripherals.

2. Information and cyber security:

• Monitoring: Tracking of security events, detection of anomalous activity and incident handling.
• Access management: Control of access rights in corporate systems and databases.
• Data protection: Implementation and updating of antivirus protection, control of patch management and protection against unauthorized copying information.
• Compliance: Participation in the development of security policies (passwords, "clean table") and compliance with NBU regulations
• Backup: Control of the Back-up system, regular testing of data recovery after failures.

3. Training and documentation:

• Cyber hygiene: Conducting training for staff on protection against phishing and social engineering.
• Documentation: Compilation of instructions, technical tasks and updating of internal IS regulations.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Education: Higher specialized education (IT, cyber security).
• Work experience: From six months in a similar position (experience in the financial sector will be a significant advantage).
• Professional skills:
• Understanding of network architecture and the principles of operation of Firewall, IPS/IDS, SIEM.
• Experience of working with antivirus software.
• Personal qualities: Systematic, attention to details, the ability to work according to corporate standards and orientation to results.
