Requirements: Knowledge, installation, administration of the Windows operating system; Work experience in a similar position from 1 year (preferably hotel and restaurant business); • Confident knowledge of the principles of network technologies (SMTP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, FTP, Ability to diagnose the problem remotely or on-site in a short time; GPO, TCP/IP); Experience with the CRM system (Bitrix24). Responsibilities: Setting up a remote server user for new employees. Maintenance of virtual servers based on Windows Server 2016−2019 (RDP, Services, SQL server); Maintenance of a copper/optical local network (MikroTik, Ubiquiti, IP-Cameras); Technical support of server, network equipment and users in the office, restaurants and remotely; Prompt troubleshooting of cash registers (Maria, PRRO), check printers, POS terminals, smartphones. Ordering, servicing, setting up office equipment and software; Basic support of BAS (1C) (Restaurant Management, Accounting); Basic Servio support; Website editing using WordPress, MODX engines. Work with the CRM system (Bitrix24). Working conditions: Free 2 meals a day; 30% discount on the entire restaurant menu. Schedule: flexible, but at least 3 days a week.
