Key tasks:
Employee onboarding/offboarding (regarding equipment and software)
Administration of postal services
Virtual Machine Administration
Backup Administration (JottaCloud)
Pre-configuration of equipment (Windows/Mac laptops, network devices etc.)
Ordering new equipment, inventory of existing equipment
From time to time receive and send equipment through Nova Poshta (through the remote mode of operation)
Responding to employee inquiries regarding the operation of equipment and software
Support for the operation of the generator, ecoflowin the office
Work in an autonomous office in Podil
From 6 months of commercial experience work as a System Administrator or HelpDesk Specialist Experience in diagnosing PC hardware and software< /p> Experience in setting up a local Internet network Knowledge of network equipment (ability to set up a router, communicate with a provider to quickly solve a problem with the Internet) Experience working with the Windows OS family, MacOS Experience working with alternative power sources (generators, EcoFlow, Bluetti) Experience with: Jira, Google Workspace, Slack, Dropbox, Keeper (MacPass/KeePass), VeraCrypt, AnyDesk, TeamViewer It will be a plus: English proficiency level from Intermediate+ Experience with Windows Server Experience in setting up video surveillance Experience with virtualization systems VMWare, VirtualBox, Parallels UWe appreciate JatApp: Responsibility for your product and processes Result orientation and perseverance in achieving your goals Flexibility and quick adaptation to changes
