HELSI is a medical information system that is currently one of the largest in Ukraine. The service allows patients to quickly and conveniently make an appointment with a doctor, diagnoses, tests, vaccinations and order medicines, and hospitals to participate in the reform of the health care system to ensure equal access to quality medical services for all citizens of Ukraine.

More than 8.3 million people are already users of the Helsi mobile application. The system is used by more than 2,600 health care institutions and more than 38,000 doctors throughout Ukraine.

Requirements:< /b>

• Software management experience (purchase of licenses, installation of programs on Windows, Linux, macOS).
< li>Ability to analyze user requirements and provide their software.
• Experience with MS Intune, Active Directory and Endpoint Defender.
• Experience in deploying and managing cloud services.
• Experience with Azure or Google Cloud preferred.
• Understanding server planning and support.
• Maintenance of software and license registries.
• Ability to monitor the correct use of licenses and conduct software audits.
• Experience in managing and accounting for equipment (user computers, servers).
• Ability to conduct equipment audits to optimize resources.
• Competence in work with network equipment Ubiquiti, MikroTik (Cisco is an advantage).
• Knowledge of configuring and supporting VPN (L2TP, OpenVPN).
• Basic knowledge of Python for automating local processes.
< li>Experience in developing and maintaining automated solutions in Python.
• Ability to analyze data, identify problems and propose solutions.
• Ability to work in a team, communicate with colleagues at different levels.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, implement effective processes.
• Skills in implementing the Incident Management system.
• Interest in constantly improving knowledge and learning new technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Purchase of licenses, control over their use, installation and support of software on servers and users' computers.
• Audit and maintenance of software and license registers.
• li>Accounting, auditing and optimization of equipment use.
• Control and support of user and server equipment.
• Ubiquiti, MikroTik network equipment administration, VPN settings.
• Optimization network solutions to increase efficiency.
• Development of scripts for process automation.
• Support and improvement of existing automated solutions.
• Implementation of standards and solutions to reduce software costs and equipment.
• Proposals on optimization of processes and resources.
• Technical support of employees, both remotely and in the office.
• Ensuring smooth operation of the company's infrastructure.

• Classification of tasks, analysis of incidents, planningmodernization to prevent recurrence of problems.
• Consolidation of actions with company departments to jointly solve technical problems and improve processes.
