System Administrator (hosting)

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring stable operation of the company's computer infrastructure;
• Administration and configuration of Windows/Linux servers;
• Setup and maintenance of FTP servers;
• Web server support (Apache, Nginx);
• Tracking and resolving security and data protection issues;
• Protection against D-DOS attacks;
• Setting up backup servers for work;
• Technical support and advice for company employees.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education;
• At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of server and data security methods;
• Deep knowledge of Linux including administration, configuration and troubleshooting;
• Experience with mail servers (Postfix, Exim), FTP (vsFTPd, ProFTPD) and web servers (Apache, Nginx);
• Understanding of TCP/IP protocols, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, other network technologies and architecture;
• Ability to work effectively in a team and solve problems.
