Billing Development We launch and connect all possible payment methods, optimize the payment processes of customers around the world. Customer Care and Sales We provide support for our products, support billing processes, work with Zendesk. Marketing Department We generate multi-channel worldwide traffic for our products, create content, work with large budgets. To strengthen the Infrastructure team, we are looking for a Helpdesk Engineer/System Administrator. The position involves working from an office in Kyiv. Required skills: Experience working as a system administrator or in a similar position for at least 1 year; Understanding of network protocols and network topology (DNS, DHCP, LDAP, NAT); Ability to effectively analyze and solve problems; Experience and the desire to work day-to-day in a team and communicate with users; Experience in configuring and maintaining network devices; Knowledge and experience with Windows, Linux and MacOS operating systems. Main tasks: Configuring, installing, supporting and administering Windows, MacOS, Linux operating systems; , analyzing and solving problems related to computers, software, networks and other systems; Installing and configuring new equipment, as well as upgrading and updating existing equipment; Maintaining and updating software on workstations and servers.; Providing technical support providing support to users, answering their requests and helping to solve problems; Keeping documentation on configuration, changes and system repair. It will be a plus: Higher education in a technical specialty; Experience with virtualization (VMware, Proxmox, KVM, etc.); Experience in configuration and database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.); Experience with the Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence, Crowd).
