System Administrator (Help Desk) in DiJust

We are looking forSystem Administrator who will join our team of system administrators (4 sys.admins)

What will need to be done:

• Support of the existing equipment park (300 laptops, 100 PCs);
• Purchasing equipment, holding tenders;
• Ensuring smooth operation of PCs/laptops and troubleshooting;
• Assisting full-time and remote employees with PCs/laptops, office equipment, e-mail, VPN, etc.;
• Ensuring normal operation of the OS (Windows, Linux, macOS) and office programs;
• Installation and configuration of software/OS;
• Ensuring uninterrupted operation of ACS systems and video surveillance;
• Administration of accesses (AD, mail, ACS, Atlassian products) ;
• User support through the helpdesk;
• Monitoring and payment of services to ensure uninterrupted operation of the company (data centers, providers and etc.);
• Maintenance and planning of budgets for IT;
• Purchase of equipment, inventory;
• Repair of equipment, including with your own hands and through service centers.

What we expect from you:

• Experience in 1st level technical support - from 5 years;
• From 5 years of experience in operation/configuration/maintenance of OS (Windows, Linux, MacOS);

• Experience with AD, DHCP, DNS;
• Experience in network administration;
• Experience with Mikrotik equipment, Ubiquiti;
• Experience with virtualization systems.
