We expect from you:

• Technical education or in the field of management, computer engineering, system administration;
• Experience work in the field of customer service in an IT company in the position of a manager or equivalent;
• Experience of working in any Service Desk system;
• Knowledge of ITIL (basics)
• Ability to analyze and solve problem situations;
• Ability to work in a team and achieve set goals;
• Excellent communication and management skills, ability to effectively organize work processes and manage personnel;

• High responsibility.
  

Position duties:

• Manage the department of technical support for users, work schedule planning, staff training and development;
• Stationary and remote technical support of workplaces, ensuring high-quality and efficient customer service;
• Interaction with customers;
• Development competences of department employees;
• Analysis and evaluation of department performance;
• Improving technical support processes and tools;
• Coordinating cooperation with other company departments for effective problem solving.
