Key result of this role - to do everything so that customers automatically receive answers to their questions before formulating them using the Intercom platform.
Intercom allows you to interact with users via chat, email, push notifications and other channels. It is used for customer support, marketing and sales

Gaining experience with non-code tasks both on the frontend and on the backend.
Development of AI interaction skills.
Your work tasks will be:
Analytical tasks: Analysis of the Intercom system, study of cause and effect relationships, setting of rules for routing dialogues with clients.
Working with the bot: Analysis of bot behavior, checking and editing pre-created answers, creating new answers, researching customer ratings, working out statistics.
Formation of statistics: Creating reports on completed tasks.
Working with texts : Writing and editing articles for the Knowledge Base, preparing texts for communication with clients.
For successful work you will need:< /strong>
A stable internet connection and your own laptop (we will provide the necessary technical means, including a powerful Powerbank for stabilization during outages).
English level from B1 and above.
Analytical or mathematical mindset, the ability to see cause-and-effect relationships.
Experience working with statistical data and a large amount of information.
Skills for working with Google Sheets and Excel.
It will be a plus:
Ability to write attractive texts.
Experience setting up bots, autoresponders, newsletters, scripts, etc.
