- Reception, processing and solution of users' requests for IT systems and equipment.
- Diagnosis and troubleshooting in PCs, peripherals, network equipment and software. l>
- Installation and Updating software.
- Monitoring and Documentation of Technical incidents.
- Interactions with the second support line and other units.
- server work: installation of software, creating users, resolving questions about server connection, etc.
- Setting up VPN, network equipment (Mikrotik)
Requirements:
- preferably working in a similar position of 2 years
- Knowledge Windows, Windows Server, Macos.
- Understanding the principles protocols.
- Active Directory, Office 365, Google Workspace.
- User Support Experience and Setting up Office Equipment.
