System administrator (first line of support) in Ukrnafta

Your main tasks will be:

• support and administration of the computer infrastructure;
• installation, configuration and updating of operating systems, drivers and software on computers and laptops;
• configuration and administration of printing devices;
• technical support users;
• answering user requests received through the JIRA application system;
• diagnosing and solving users' technical problems;
• providing advice to users on computer usage issues computer and network infrastructure;
• maintenance of documentation on the work performed, identified problems and their solutions;
• preparation of reports on the state of the computer infrastructure for company management;
• training for users on issues of security, efficient use of computers and software;
• monitoring and management of computer infrastructure assets;
• keeping lists of active computers, laptops and other equipment;
• organization and accounting of computer resources;
• monitoring of the state of assets and the need for their renewal or replacement;
   

We expect from you:

• higher education;
• understanding of popular operating systems such as Windows, macOS, including installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting;
• understanding of operating principles TCP/IP networks (communication ports), NAT, DHCP, DNS;
• understanding of the working principles of mail protocols POP3, IMAP, SMTP, etc;
• basic knowledge of Windows server, AD will be an advantage , RDP, SCCM;
• knowledge of types of printing devices (laser, inkjet, multifunctional), their installation, configuration and maintenance;
• understanding of monitoring systems such as Grafana, Zabbix, for visualization and analysis of data on the state of computer and network infrastructure;
• skills for solving technical problems of users, effective communication and supportthrough the application system;
• communication with users;
• constantly improve your knowledge in the field of computer technologies.
