System administrator, CRM manager in Infowithart

A light industrial company with a multi-channel sales system is looking for a motivated and energetic specialist to combine the roles of system administrator and CRM manager. Responsibilities: Management and support of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases and security; Setting up and ensuring the proper functioning of office equipment; Setting up, implementing and maintaining the CRM system to ensure it works optimally and meets the needs of the company; Training users and providing support regarding the use of CRM tools and functionality; Analysis and prescription of business processes (instructions and algorithms), their automation using CRM and other software; Monitoring and analysis of the results of using the CRM system to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization; Ensuring the integration of the CRM system with other information systems of the company, active participation in the design and implementation of the ERP system on this basis; Writing technical tasks for developers and support to the final implementation. Expectations: Experience in the field of system administration (including management of servers, networks and databases). Additional experience in the administration and support of a video surveillance system will be an advantage; Experience with 1C; Experience with CRM systems (Bitrix 24 will be an advantage); Analytical and logical thinking, responsibility and attention to detail; Willingness to improve your skills and learn new technologies.
