System administrator at an international school in The British International School, Ukraine

The British International School is opening a System Administrator position.

Requirements:

• English - above average
• Literate speech, communication, diligence, punctuality, proactivity
• Experience as a system administrator, with user support - from 2 years
• Knowledge of the hardware and software part of servers and network equipment, wireless network.
• Experience in the use and administration of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Office 365, mastery of Microsoft Office, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel.
• Building VPN network at software and hardware levels with reliability and security
• Building and maintaining network monitoring systems (Zabbix)
• Development and maintenance of video surveillance systems and access control systems
• Understanding backup systems
• Knowledge of administration (Web, DNS, DHCP, FTP servers, iptables, Active Directory)
• Installation configuration services NAT, FireWall
• Administration of terminal servers
• VMWare virtualization
• Troubleshooting
• Administration of servers based on operating systems of the MS Windows Server 2008/2016 family, administration of UNIX systems will be an advantage
• Administration of MS SQL databases, and also 1C 8.x will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Design, development and maintenance of IT systems
• Controls the quality of work of contractors.
• Installation/configuration of operating systems and applications
• Installation/configuration of peripherals, including interactive panels
• Prevention of servers/computers/SMS/video surveillance/ACMS
• Consulting employees on technical issues
