System analyst administrator (Operator, service manager) in STV group

We invite you to join our team of professionals for the position of System Administrator.

Working conditions:from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 5-day work week, Saturday, Sunday — weekend.

Office location:Pr. Beresteyskyi (Peremogy), 118 (Zhytomyrska st.m./Svyatoshyn st.m.).

What will you do in the Company: p>

1. Work with the Company’s accounting systems, telemetry systems, mobile applications used for data transmission;
2. Communicate and monitor timely receipt of applications from clients (stakeholders), monitor the completeness and correctness of of applications, submit applications (automatically/manually as needed) through a PDA/phone/tablet to the Company's accounting system, monitor the execution of applications; acts of acceptance and transfer);
3. Form and provide reports from the Company's accounting system on product balances, sales, payments and receivables of customers of the AFH business;
4. Maintain and provide support to the processes of the service support organization .

• Excellent command of Excel (can build summary tables , knows functions and knows how to make formulas);
• Has developed organizational skills, is responsible, attentive and able to work in multitasking mode, able to make decisions independently;
• Has skills in CRM, 1C (preferably), MS Word, Outlook;
• Able to work in a team;
• Has a high level of multitasking and communication skills;
• Fluent in Ukrainian;
• Has a desire to learn and seeks development.
