The EBS company for its client, an international company, in connection with the expansion and increase in tasks, is looking for a Technical Service Analyst (Technology Service Analyst) with working experience in banks - from 2 years,with spoken English.
Duties:
- preparing and setting up workplaces for employees ;
- user support, technical support, consultations (L1/L2 level support);
- support of the office IT infrastructure (server);
- work with the ticketing system;
- registration of incidents and changes in IT systems, control, ensuring their resolution independently or by involving other IT specialists from global teams;
- interaction with global IT teams within internal processes;
- administration and configuration of ABS B2, B2NG functionality;
- implementation of regulatory procedures for closing the bank's operating day;
- installation of patches and corrections;
- installation, testing, implementation and maintenance of software packages supplied by the National Bank of Ukraine;
- administration of NBU mail ;
- ensuring compliance with internal IT standards, regulatory requirements for bank systems and information security requirements;
- creating and updating documentation on the use of IT systems;
- cooperate with vendors on problems and errors;
Special knowledge, skills and skills:
- English, spoken and written, not lower than upper-intermediate level (correspondence, online meetings);
- practical skills of Windows 10,11, Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 OS administration;
- installation, configuration, support and testing of software, both on client machines and servers;
- experience in working with ABS B2, B2NG (big +)
- knowledge and experience with DBMS MS SQL, Oracle;
- knowledge of PL/SQL;
- experience with Unix (basic skills +);
- Office 365, MS Outlook (experienced user);
- knowledge of SEP technologies;
- knowledge of network technologies: IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, verification connection;
- experience working with Service Desk, Jira, confluence systems;
