Main work tasks: Control and improvement of the efficiency of the group's work; Analysis of the group's work indicators in relation to the implementation of planned indicators (KPI); Control of the processing of appeals, requests, incidents in the ServiceDesk system; - services to users as a group using calls; Preparation of documentation, presentations and instructions, training of subordinates; Coordination of the work of the group with administrators of related services. You are our candidate if: You have experience in customer support or technical support; You have knowledge of the methodology of providing IT services You have organizational skills; You are fluent in an extended range of Windows operating system capabilities and office tools - MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, archivers, antiviruses, mail clients and other application programs; You have experience in similar positions from 1 year; You have knowledge of Active Directory the basics of ITIL will be an advantage; Have an organized package of documents (in particular, a certificate of attribution or a military ID).
