National network of pharmacies of Ukraine "MED-SERVICE" https://med-service.com.ua/ invites continuous work of the Kyiv office of the System Administrator (technical support, 1-2 lines). Purpose of the position: remote technical support of users of the retail network (30-40 pharmacy). DUTIES: Support of users in working with software, consulting in working with equipment; Setting up and consulting users in working with cash registers (cash registers) and POS terminals; Setting up routers and ATMs, finding and eliminating technical malfunctions in the operation of the local network, communicating with providers on communication quality issues; Administration of software and operating systems Windows XP, 7, 10; Administration of 1C servers: connection of databases to MS SQL, user administration, connection of commercial equipment; Deployment of system images, backup copy, archiving of data recovery; Setting up remote access to RDS servers; Setting up VPN connections in remote users. Experience with FortiClient will be an advantage. Working with AD: changing user passwords, updating GPOs, troubleshooting connection problems, entering computers into domains; Working with thin clients: SysElegance; Configuring and troubleshooting the operation of HikVision, Dahua, ILDVR video surveillance systems. REQUIREMENTS: practical work experience of 2 years or more as a logical functionalist; basic knowledge of routing principles, MSSQL; knowledge of the hardware part of server and network equipment.
