Requirements: Higher education; Work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years; Knowledge of basic work with Windows Server, AD, RDP, GPO; Knowledge of PC hardware, ability to assemble a PC yourself or replace a module that came out troubleshooting; Experience with Mikrotik network equipment is a must, VPN, WireGuard (preferred), CapsMan, understanding of VLAN operation; Experience in configuring and installing Dahua, Unify (Network, Protect) video equipment; Experience with cash register equipment and administration of 1С8, Medok; Experience with virtualization systems ESXI and Proxmox; Experience with backup systems Veeam, Acronis and similar.
