Monitoring and analyzing network operations to identify and solving possible problems. Administration of Windows Servers. Management of backup and recovery. Ensuring information security, administration of antivirus protection. First line of user support (ServiceDesk). Setup, diagnostics and block repair of PCs. .Support, diagnostics and ensuring the operability of laptops, MFPs, printers. Preparation of user workplaces. Experience in supporting 1C systems, M.E.Doc, etc. Possible business trips. Requirements: Experience in administration of Microsoft servers and services: Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange. Knowledge of networks and the TCP/IP protocol. Analytical mindset, attention to detail, diligence, responsibility, result-oriented, proactive. Desirable: Experience installing and administering Linux (Freebsd, Ubuntu). Experience administering backup systems.
