Zelh isafast-growing, passionate outsourcing company.Our mission istobe the most reliable logistics andIT provider inthe industry byoffering and maintaining consistently high-quality services.Weare looking for aSystem Administrator tomanage our office with technical support.Responsibilities and Duties:Solving network problems based onwell-defined processes and checklists;Efficiently plan, install, configure, and optimize yourIT infrastructure toachieve high availability and performance;Communication with American customers toresolve technical issues;Installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance ofthe network ofboth internal and office networks inother countries;Support for internal infrastructure;Accounting for the software and hardware available tothe client and managing the operation ofthe hardware through the remote access platform;Ensuring regular monitoring and updating ofphysical and virtual infrastructure;Monitoring and control ofthe system for tracking equipment errors and version updates: rights management, branch management and other elements through the platform for remote access toequipment; (Datto platform)Implementation ofcurrent technical issues according tothe system task tracking;Setting upthe operation ofthe remote access platform tothe equipment for the specified criteria ofeach client;Inthe future, work with the database onall technical issues.Weoffer:Competitive salary;Atalented team ofprofessionals;Comfortable modern office (cabinet system);Corporate Events;Marriage/Childbirth bonuses.Working conditions:Flexible schedule (Monday— Friday shift schedule from 10:00—19:00/ 16:00— 00:00);Hybrid mode ofworkWorking inaninternational company with the possibility ofprofessional growth;Challenging tasks.Job requirements:1+ year ofexperience inIT system administration;Will be a + Good knowledge ofMikrotik ROS;Routing, bridging, VLAN, Firewall;Experience with networking VOIP / Switching HPE / Linux / TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, NAT, VPN, etc.;Experience inthe configuration ofnetwork equipment from different manufacturers, such asCisco, HPand etc.;Experience with Office365, Exchange, SharePoint;Working knowledge ofmonitoring systems like Zabbix ;Experience with Cloud technologies AWS, Azure;Experience with deployment and administration ofLinux, Mac OS, WindowProficiency innetwork protocols;Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance ofnetworking;Knowledge of English is mandatory at the level of not less than Intermediate. This implies a good reading and grammar of the English language. Sometimes communication with customers to solve certain problems.
