Now we are looking for System administrator office in Irpin Main tasks at hand: Installation of user OS: Windows 10, 11. Linux. Software installation, technical support for users of the office and separate units. Diagnostics of workstations and troubleshooting of hardware and software. Access settings and administration: Google workspace, Click up, Key CRM, Slack, and other services. Payment control and accounting of domains/hostings. Making changes to DNS records of domains. Setting up Windows servers: RDP access, creating users. Maintenance of the Medok server. Creating backup copies. Keeping up-to-date accounting of equipment, issuing new employees, reception of dismissed employees, storage in the IT department. Knowledge of the basic configuration of network equipment based on: Mikrotik, Ubiquiti. Experience in working with BAS financial systems (similar to 1C), at the user level. What knowledge and skills will help you cope with the tasks: Experience in working with Service Desk using the Jira system. Knowledge of the basic protocols of network equipment, namely TCP/UDP, DHCP, NAT, FTP, DNS. It is desirable to understand the working principles of MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Postgre SQL. Experience working with server equipment and virtualization systems. Experience working with by BAS system integrators. Understanding of Microsoft AD. Experience in purchasing and transferring domains from registrars, configuring DNS domain records. It is desirable to have knowledge in the field of cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure, AWS services). It is desirable to understand the principles of MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
