Requirements: - Technical education; - 2 years of experience in administration and configuration of Atlassian products; - Understanding of the architecture of JIRA, Confluence and the work of plugins; - Experience in installation, configuration, monitoring of JIRA, Confluence; - Experience in selecting, installing, configuring Atlassian plugins; - Experience in Atlassian integration with other services; - Experience in configuration and management of Google Workspace; - Ability to work independently; - Ability to think systemically; - Ability to find solutions for the balance of user convenience and business efficiency; - Understanding of Agile principles and project management methodologies; Will be a plus :- Experience in support, management of Bitbucket, Gitlab pipelines;- Availability of Atlassian certificates;- Experience in deploying and supporting Atlassian server versions; Responsibilities:- Configuration and improvement of the business process in Atlassian (projects, workflows, task types, field settings, pages in Confluence, notifications, dashboards, reports, metrics, etc.);- Support of customized business process based on products - - Atlassian JIRA, Confluence and plugins;- Analysis of requirements and selection of required plugins;- Integration of Atlassian services with other services; - Helping and training users to work with the system; - Development, implementation, support of access policies, user management for Atlassian services; - Analysis, optimization and automation of processes; - Configuration and management of Google Workspace; - Ensuring the reliability and availability of services; - Monitoring and optimization resources.
