REQUIREMENTS: - higher (or n\higher) education - experience in a similar position from 3 years - administration of MS Active Directory, Hyper-V; - support of workplaces on the Microsoft platform; - network infrastructure support (OS Windows Server) - expert knowledge; - experience with data backup programs; with IP telephony; with a video surveillance system; with an access control system; - basic knowledge of the Mikrotik router; - knowledge of the basics of building and maintaining a network and local security system; - the ability to find an approach to users with different levels of PC FUNCTIONAL: - maintenance of computer and office equipment; - diagnostics, minor repairs PC and office equipment; - installation, configuration and support of the DrEleks software; - interaction with partner IT service providers of the company; - technical support of users, including in remote mode.
