The main tasks: IT infrastructure monitoring (blade, storage, HCI (HyperFlex), network (SDN - Cisco ACI), etc.). within the instructions (if there are no instructions - create an application for the next level of technical support). User technical support (not jobs!). We expect from the candidate: Basic knowledge of AD, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN, GPO, VMware eSXI, Cisco IOS. Practical experience in working with HCI (using the example of Cisco HyperFlex) and SDN (using the example of Cisco ACI). The ability to detect and diagnose errors in the IT infrastructure. The concept of the relationship of individual infrastructure elements and the impact of these elements on the operation of the infrastructure in in general. Technical English (sufficient for studying documentation). Soft skills: Willingness to learn and constant updating of knowledge (it is necessary to "keep on touch" with technologies and trends). Literacy and clarity in expressing opinion. Initiative and self-sufficiency (ability not only to be independent in decision-making, but also the desire to constantly improve the Services provided to the Customer). Pedanticism (accuracy and attention to details). We offer: Work schedule— 09:00—18:00, Friday to 17:00; Saturday-Sunday - weekends.
