System administrator in Golosi ditey, BF

The "Voices of Children" charitable foundation is a Ukrainian foundation that grew out of a volunteer initiative in 2015 in Eastern Ukraine. Our mission is to inspire and support children, create conditions for children's voices to be heard, and support their resilience in the face of war. The Foundation implements its mission and aims to become an effective, sustainable and recognizable institution in the field of child support.

Due to the frantic pace of the Fund's activities, we are looking for a System Administrator.

The system administrator will be responsible for the support and administration of the organization's information infrastructure, ensuring the uninterrupted operation of all systems and the network.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the OS at the administrator level;

• Understanding the principles of network equipment and network protocols;

• Experience of working with SCS, installation, diagnostics and troubleshooting;

• Able to work with domain and mail services, skills and experience with virtualization;

• Be able to diagnose and possibly repair computer equipment, office equipment, restore information;

• Virtualization skills and experience;

• Experience in remote server administration.

Responsibilities:

• Accept, process and resolve user requests in the service desk system;

• Installation and configuration of operating systems and applications;

• Administration of Google workspace;

• Server and network administration

• Support and adjustment of office equipment, telecommunications and network equipment;

• Ensuring the security of information and data.
