Duties: Installation of operating systems on the servers of the service station, as well as the software necessary for work; Configuration of the software on the servers of the service stations; Maintenance of the server software in an operational state workstations; Registration of users of the local network and mail server; Providing technical and software support for users, consulting users on network and program issues; Establishing access rights and monitoring the use of network resources; Taking measures to restore office performance in the event of failures or equipment failure; Performs network monitoring, infrastructure development network Ensuring network security; Preparation of proposals for the modernization and purchase of equipment; Setting up and support of IP telephony, prescribing call scripts; Control \ Optimization of mobile communication (kyivstar) of employees; Hosting administration (Websites\mail); Control of payment for IT services of the company (intertelecom kyivstar mirohost eserver); Office equipment maintenance.
