Responsibilities entrusted to us: Reception and processing of appeals to the department; Collection and preparation of workplaces / solutions problems with workplaces (techniques); Monitoring the state of the company's services; Initial diagnostics and sending equipment for repair; Installation and configuration of user equipment; Reporting and writing instructions; RDS systems, work with users in AD/Exchange; Experience in working with file repositories and their organization; Desired experience in accepting applications through GLPI or other systems; Initiative, punctuality, responsibility, attentiveness; Able to quickly switch to new tasks and set tasks independently.
