We are looking for a Chief Specialist -System Administrator in the OT systems operation department

Your main tasks will be:

• Administration of servers, software and hardware complexes. Including: ensuring the stable operation of the server infrastructure;
• Maintenance and optimization of the hardware part of the server infrastructure;
• Monitoring of servers, services, system events, timely response and troubleshooting;
• Administration server OS (Windows, Linux), management of OS updates and other software;
• Configuration and administration of basic Windows services (AD, DNS, DHCP, WSUS);
• Administration and management of an antivirus solution ;
• Administration and support of virtual server infrastructure (VMware, Hyper-V);
• Elimination of vulnerabilities on servers;
• Administration and support of DBMS (MSSQL, PostgreSQL) and other software complexes used;
• Configuration and control of backup execution;
• Monitoring and execution of applications in compliance with SLA;
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation with infrastructure management, including a backup plan; Adherence and implementation of information security rules; servers - participation in projects related to the introduction of new innovative technologies and solutions;

• Higher technical education (preferably IT, diploma). Completed courses in the field are welcome.
• 3 years of work experience as a system administrator or in the field.
• Experience in deployment, maintenance and support of server equipment (physical and virtual servers).
• Experience of working with servers from HP and DELL vendors, knowledge of interface cards, controllers, connection interfaces.
• Knowledge and understanding of basic RAID levels, experience of working with them, configuration.
• Deducation in the administration of servers based on the Microsoft Windows 2008-2019 OS.
• Experience in configuring and administering basic Windows services (AD+GPO, CA, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, RDS, Firewall).
• Experience in configuration/installation and basic optimization of DBMS (MSSQL, PostgreSQL), skills in writing SQL queries.
• Experience in administration and support of server virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Work experience and basic skills in working with Linux - installation/configuration of packages and services, troubleshooting, log analysis.
• Experience in applying basic rules and security policies on servers (GPO, Firewall).
• Experience in solving problems in the operation of software, operating systems and hardware.
• Experience in working with backup solutions (preferably commercial) and monitoring
• Experience in the administration and deployment of corporate antivirus, policy settings.
• Experience and skills in working with the WSUS system, monitoring updates and eliminating vulnerabilities on servers.
• Experience in writing system scripts (ps, wsh, vbs, bat, etc.) to automate tasks, data collection.
• Knowledge of the basics/principles of computer network operation taking into account TCP/IP, experience in network equipment administration.

Additional requirements:

• Knowledge and experience with CISCO, Fortinet network equipment is welcome.
• Experience in configuring and optimizing PostgreSQL databases, clustering, replication.
• Knowledge and skills in working with the Veeam backup system.
• Knowledge and experience in working with disk arrays (HP, DELL), network SAN configuration and switches is welcome.
• Skills in ensuring information security on servers are welcome .
• Experience with monitoring systems PRTG, ZABBIX, etc., knowledge of SNMP, WMI, NetFlow protocols is welcome.
• Good knowledge of VMware products in terms of server virtualization/replication, understanding and configuration of HA is welcome , vMotion, DRS, FT, etc.
• Knowledge of automated systems of commercial electric energy accounting (ASCOE) is welcome.
• Knowledge of the English language is welcome to understand technical documentation.
• Attention, accuracy, self-education, sociability, responsibility, discipline.
• Ability to work in a team.
