System Administrator in NerdySoft

Requirements:

• Commercial experience as a system administrator (we consider not only relevant experience in IT companies);

• Understanding the main components of IT security and architecture (firewalls, switches, routers, VPN, authentication, encryption, traffic management, storage, databases, virtualization, management configuration);

• Knowledge of operating systems: Windows; Mac OS, MS Products (+ Office 365);

• Good network administration skills and hardware repair experience: PCs, laptops, routers, switches, printers, etc.;

• Understanding of network technologies: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP;

• Excellent identification and problem solving skills;

• High level of self-organization, willingness to work independently;

• The level of English is A2 and above.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the effective and smooth functioning of the company's technical infrastructure;

• Ensuring the company's information security in accordance with ISO standards 27001;

  in working with services;

• Ordering and receiving equipment in accordance with the necessary configurations (laptops, monitors, headsets and other accessories);

• Preparation and prevention of laptops before handing over to another specialist (thermal paste, cleaning);

• Setting up computers - creating accounts, installing auxiliary programs, connecting to printer;

• Creation, backup and deletion of corporate gmail and slack accounts for new employees;

• Printer maintenance - refueling, prevention, etc.;

• Technical inventory.
