System administrator in Vamark

The company's portfolio includes more than 500 completed projects of various complexity and scale and more than 60 companies from Ukraine, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Poland, and the USA.

We are looking for a system administrator to work permanently in our client's office at the address of str. Demiivska, 13. Willing to consider a person without work experience, BUT, on the condition of having basic knowledge, according to the points listed in the Requirements.

All three points are very important, because you will have to work directly with users, and they are different and in different moods.

Requirements:

• Installation operating systems and their activation;
• Technical support of users/solving local requests when working with equipment;
• Installation and configuration of software;
• Planned Windows update;< /li>
• installation of peripheral devices and their maintenance (printer, scanner, MFP);
• Installation and configuration of Microsoft Office and its activation;
• Correct formation of requests for problems that occurred;
• Communication with L2/L3 engineers;
• Communication with service centers for repair of equipment/recovery of information.

Understanding how services work:

• Active Directory
• DHCP
• DNS
• SMTP, IMAP, POP3
