System administrator in Creative States

Your tasks: Administration of video surveillance systems (Dahua\Hikvision) Administration of ACS systems (U-prox) Be able to create user-friendly F.A.Q.; Provide technical support for users (problem solving and consulting employees on the operation of typical software, services; Your qualifications: Relevant work experience of at least 2 years; Knowledge of basic desktop OS at the administrator level (Windows , MacOS); Understanding of computer hardware; Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware and peripheral devices; Know the basic principles of network structure (DHCP, DNS, VPN, routing); Ability to learn, quickly master new technical solutions and systems; Experience in working with EMS; Communicability, interaction with users and colleagues; Intermediate English language skills.
