System administrator in Biznes Centr Farmaciya

Pharmacy Business Center is a dynamically developing European-level company with 25 years of experience in the distribution of modern medicines on the Ukrainian market. 

Currently, we are looking for a System Administratorwho will provide, from the technical side, good conditions for the work of our team.

The location of our office: Vyshhorod (15 minutes by public transport from the railway station Minsk). (At 8:30 our minibus leaves Minsk, at 17:40 from the office to Minsk).

What you will need to do:

Design and administer the server infrastructure based on Windows Server;

Maintain and develop Active Directory (OU structure, rights delegation, access audit);

Administer virtual infrastructure based on VMware ESXi (creation, migration, optimization of VMs);

Ensure fault tolerance of critical services (RDS, AD, file servers);

Configure and maintain VPN connections (IPsec, L2TP) based on MikroTik;

Administer RDS farm, manage user profiles, licensing;

Implement and maintain a backup system based on Veeam (Backup & Replication), monitor backup policies;

Ensure information security: access control, event auditing, antivirus protection, security policies;

Maintain and administer network infrastructure (MikroTik, VLAN, DHCP, NAT, Firewall rules);

Ensure stable operation of Ubiquiti access points;

Administer electronic document management systems;

Support the operation of client-banks, installation and updating of crypto-providers with KEP/ECS;

Ensure the operation of video surveillance systems based on Hikvision

Requirements for the candidate:

Required:

3+ years of Windows Server administration experience;

Deep understanding: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, RDS (Gateway, Licensing, Session Host);

Experience with virtualization based on VMware ESXi;

Veeam Backup & Replication implementation and administration experience;

Hands-on experience setting up IPsec and L2TP VPN between offices;

Confident work with MikroTik (Firewall, NAT, VLAN, QoS, routing);

Understanding the principles of networks (TCP/IP, ARP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP);

Experience of supporting client banks, working with KEP;

Experience administering M.E.Doc and Fredo;

Understanding backup principles;

Experience diagnosing PC and server hardware problems;

Basic knowledge of Linux (service management, logs, SSH).

Would be an advantage:

Experience in building fault-tolerant solutions;

PowerShell automation;

Experience in implementing monitoring systems;

Practical experience of information security audit;

Understanding mail systems (SMTP, IMAP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
