Requirements:

• secondary special, higher education (technical);
• 2 years of experience as a system administrator;
• PC skills: MS Office, Windows 7-10, Windows Server 2008-2016, RouterOS, WSUS, Hyper -V, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Active Directory, VPN, Zabbix; IP telephony - Asterisk, oktell.
• confident knowledge of the tcp/ip stack of network protocols, knowledge of the principles of contact center operation and understanding of the main metrics: AR, AHT, etc.
• understanding of telephone statistics communication, metric ASR, ACD, NER
• competent command of Ukrainian language;
• good communication skills;
• honesty, openness, innovation, systematicity, attentiveness.

Task:

• Administration of a fleet of 50+ computers based on Microsoft Windows OS;
• Administration of servers based on Windows:
• LAN configuration and administration;
• VPN configuration;
• Configuration and management accounting for IT equipment and software;
• Monitoring of new Windows vulnerabilities and timely response to them;
• Configuration, administration and control of backup of all data;
• Installation and configuration of active network equipment;
• Preparation of new computers for work;
• Support in order of technical office systems;
• Consulting and user support;
• Setting up and keeping records of IT equipment and software.
• Administration of the auto-dial system Contact of the Center;
• Call routing management;
• Building an automatic system for reserving communication channels;
