Requirements for the candidate:

• higher professional education
• experience in IT from 1 year
• ability to quickly find solutions to problems that arise (set up the printer, install new software, WI-FI does not work, the computer slows down, etc.)
• experience working with servers
• experience working with commercial equipment stress resistance and the ability to work in multitasking mode will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

• installation and configuration of workstations under MS Windows;
• providing technical support by phone or in messengers
• configuration of routers;
• ensuring uninterrupted operation of communication systems (telephony, Internet, WiFi);
• configuration of servers
• administration of video surveillance systems and access systems;
• configuration of peripheral equipment of commercial equipment and software.
