System Administrator in Ubiqservice

Ubiquity Service is looking for a System Administrator to join our company in Warsaw.

Ubiquity Service is an automotive technology service company with headquarters office in Warsaw, Poland. 

The company provides customized, seamless and comprehensive technical support and testing for automotive companies entering the European market.

Responsibilities: 

- Configuring and maintaining the company’s local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN). 

- Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting connectivity issues. 

- Ensuring network security through firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures. 

- Installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, both physical and virtual. 

- Performing regular system updates and patches to ensure security and stability. 

- Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights. - Procuring, installing, and maintaining hardware and software required for company operations. 

- Ensuring all software licenses are up to date and in compliance with legal requirements. 

- Keeping an inventory of all IT assets and managing their lifecycle.

Skill requirements: 

-Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field. -Certifications like CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft Azure Administrator, CCNA, RHCSA can also be highly beneficial. 

-Experience in database management, IT support, and progressively increasing responsibilities. 

-Hands-on experience with server, network, and storage management. 

-Proficient in monitoring system performance and troubleshooting. 

-Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail. 

-Effective communication skills for interaction with colleagues, vendors, and users. 

-Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and work independently or in a team.
