System Administrator in Tickets Consolidator

Our task is to provide partners with everything they need to become better and provide the best service for their passengers.We are looking for a System Administrator to join our team with a professional approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills. Our ideal candidate can effectively manage their time and available resources to ensure the seamless operation of each team member and the company as a whole.Responsibilities:Administering OS: Linux, Windows, MacOS;Administering virtual infrastructure using VMware ESXi;Servicing servers (MS Windows Server, Linux) and company network infrastructure;Organizing backup procedures;Configuring and maintaining Active Directory;Configuring Wi-Fi (UNIFi Ubiquiti) equipment;Configuring and administering DNS, DHCP, VPN (IPsec) services;Administering and servicing video surveillance, ACS (Access Control System);Administering email systems, cloud services, domains;Providing technical support to company employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues;Monitoring and payment of internet usage in offices, domains, and servers;Setting up workstations and issuing necessary equipment to new employees;Updating existing employees' equipment and software.What we expect from the candidate's experience:Successful experience in the System Administrator position (or similar) - from 2 years;Experience with operating systems - basic OS concepts, installation, configuration, updating, and support of Windows, Linux, MacOS;Knowledge of network protocols - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, HTTP, OSI model, and network equipment - configuration and management of routers, switches, and firewalls;Experience with databases - managing MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or PostgreSQL;Understanding of virtualization platform principles - VMware;Fundamental understanding of the interrelation of individual infrastructure elements and the impact of these elements on the operation of the infrastructure as a whole.English proficiency - reading technical documentation level;Ability to prioritize tasks correctly, initiative, and independence;Willingness to help with user requests, approach problem-solving comprehensively, and minimize potential risks.Will be a Plus:Experience in configuring and administering 1C web servers;Knowledge of PowerShell, Python, and Bash, as they help create scripts and automate routine tasks;Experience working with AWS.What we offer:Competitive salary based on interview results;Official employment, sick leave, and vacations (24 calendar days);Opportunities for professional development and career growth in a stable company;Corporate mobile communication, necessary equipment for work;Hybrid work schedule, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 19:00;Comfortable office in the city center (Olimpiyska metro station).If you know how to turn chaos into order and which technical solutions to make for the seamless and successful operation of various systems and servers, we are waiting for your CV!
