The main tasks of the position: Installation of software (OS: Windows, Mac OS), technical support for users of the office and separate divisions, remote workers - technically, remotely, in telephone mode; Setting up and administering access to programs; Controlling payments and keeping records of domains/hosting of the company's websites; Making changes to the DNS records of domains; Diagnostics of equipment and troubleshooting of hardware and software; Inventory of installed equipment, accounting of equipment, issuance to new employees, reception from dismissed employees, storage in the warehouse of the IT department; Development, maintenance and up-to-date maintenance of technical documentation (Instructions, guarantees, etc.) Interaction with external contractors and suppliers, outsourced companies; Setting up and controlling network equipment and VPN tunnels; Controlling the transfer of office equipment, Google account, corporate mail, etc. by the resigning employee. What knowledge and skills will help to cope with tasks: with ServiceDesk, Jira system, incident management, compliance with SLA, problem solving and their control; Knowledge of the principles of operation of computer networks, knowledge of network equipment; Experience of working with server equipment; Knowledge and experience of working with: OC Windows, Windows Server; Experience of working with integrators of BAS systems; Experience in managing purchases of IT goods and IT services (needs assessment, negotiations with service providers); (Microsoft Azure services); Desirable: understanding of the principles of MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
