In this role you will: End-User Support and Server Management: Provide comprehensive support for end-users, ensuring smooth operation of equipment and servers Administer and maintain the SKD system, providing access to the office Microsoft 365 Administration: Oversee the administration of Microsoft 365, including user and license management, SPAM system 1C Server and MeDoc Expertise: General knowledge in 1C server and MeDoc systems Backup Solutions Management: Implement and manage cloud and local backup solutions to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity User Assistance and Support: Provide timely and effective support to users, resolving technical issues and inquiries promptly Documentation and Inventory Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date IT documentation and inventory records, ensuring accurate tracking of user equipment and resources Atlassian Products Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in Atlassian products, leveraging tools like Jira and Confluence to enhance team collaboration and project management Slack Management: Leverage knowledge of Slack to facilitate communication and collaboration within the organization, optimizing team productivity General Help Desk Duties: Handle miscellaneous help desk tasks efficiently, ensuring all user queries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally Skills and experience you will need: Comprehensive OS Administration. Proficient in administering Windows OS (all generations) including server versions, as well as Linux and MacOS environments Knowledgeable in IP telephony systems Microsoft 365 Administration Google Workspace Administration will be a plus Backup Solutions Management Experience Extensive User Support Background. More than 2 years of hands-on experience in providing user support, resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently. Ability to provide quality support remotely Documentation and Inventory Maintenance Practical expertise in structured cabling and network equipment, optimizing network performance and reliability. Wi-Fi network Knowledgeable in Atlassian products Customer Equipment Service Experience.
