ResponsibilitiesTechnical support and ensuring the functioning of workplaces of the enterprise : providing technical support to employees regarding the operation of PCs and office equipment; fixing and eliminating malfunctions in the operation of equipment, office equipment, software; installation and configuration of computer and office equipment; installation and configuration of OS (mainly Windows), various office programs and other software; replacement of consumables, maintenance of office equipment, contacting service departments regarding these issues; installation and configuration of servers, networks and other systems.
