System administrator in Tickets Consolidator

We invite a SysAdmin with a professional approach to problem solving and good communication skills to join our team. Our ideal candidate is able to successfully manage his time and available resources to ensure the smooth operation of each member of the team and the company in general. What will be included in the duties: OC administration: Linux, Windows, MacOS; Administration of virtual infrastructure using VMware ESXi; Server maintenance (MS Windows Server, Linux) and the company's network infrastructure; Organization of backup copies; Configuration and support of Active Directory; Configuration of Wi-Fi (UNIFi Ubiquiti) equipment; Configuration and administration of DNS, DHCP, VPN (ip sec) services; Administration and maintenance of video surveillance, LCD (access control system); Administration of the mail system, cloud services, domains; Provision of technical support for company employees, troubleshooting of hardware and software parts; Internet control and payment in offices, domains and servers; Preparation of workplaces and issuance of necessary equipment to new employees; Updates equipment and software of existing employees. What we expect from the candidate's experience: Successful experience in the position of System Administrator (or similar) - from 2 years; Experience with operating systems - basic OS concepts, installation, configuration, updating and support of Windows, Linux, MacOS; Knowledge of network protocols - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, HTTP, OSI model and network equipment - configuration and management of routers, switches and firewalls; Experience with databases - managing MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL; Understanding of principles of operation virtualization platforms — VMware; Fundamental understanding of the interrelationship of individual infrastructure elements and the impact of these elements on the operation of the infrastructure as a whole. English — at the level of reading technical documentation; The ability to prioritize, initiative and independence; The desire to help the user with a request, to approach a solution problems as a whole, not in particular and minimize possible risks. Experience in configuring and administering 1C web servers will be a plus; Knowledge of PowerShell, Python and Bash, as they help create scripts, automate routine tasks; Experience with AWS.
