We are currently looking for a System Administrator in the office in Dnipro, who will complement our team and deal with technical issues of the company's employees. We are made for each other , if you: Have experience in a similar position from 1 year (preferably in an IT company); Proactive, able to take responsibility and respond to problems; You have strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment; You want to gain expertise in your profile in a modern IT company. What you will do: Set up VPN for employees; Be responsible for the Internet network in the office; Administer access levels to resources, Google Workspace; Maintain and configure peripheral equipment (printers, etc.); Diagnose problems with equipment and software; Handle employee complaints; Manage access to CRM; Be responsible for technical support of employees; Solutions incidents, network recovery after failures.
