Duties that we will entrust: Reception and processing of requests to the department; Collection and preparation of workplaces / solving problems with workplaces (techniques); Monitoring the status of company services; Initial diagnostics and sending equipment for repair; Installation and configuration of user equipment; Reporting and writing instructions; PZ. It is important for us: Experience working with terminal clients and OS, RDS systems, working with users in AD/Exchange; Experience working with file repositories and organizing their work; Desired experience in accepting applications through GLPI or other systems; Initiative, punctuality, responsibility , attentiveness; You are able to quickly switch to new tasks and set tasks independently.
