Administration and monitoring of the Veeam backup system. Administration of the Zabbix monitoring system. Responsibilities: Installation and configuration of OC Windows 7−11 Use monitoring of the company's corporate systems (Zabbix) Installation of a computer networkDiagnostics and block repair of computer and office equipment Receive and process user requests in the system (Bitrix) User technical support (Help Desk) Basic knowledge of Mikrotik network equipment Connecting IP phones Installation, configuration and support of Trassir/Hikvision video surveillance Support access control and management system (ACC) Create and issue new accounts to employees upon request and with the approval of department heads (Active Directory) Requirements: Work experience in a similar position from 1 year; Windows 7−11 operating experience Understanding of work principles: NAT, DHCP, DNS, VPN, SMB, RDP Understanding working principles of the TSR/RR protocol Understanding of mail protocols: POR3, IMAP, SMTP, etc. Experience with video surveillance: Trassir, Hikvision and IP cameras Basic knowledge of Active Directory An advantage will be Experience in configuring Mikrotik network equipment Installation and configuration of Wi-Fi Ubiquiti Virtualization environment (VMware )Using the Zabbix IT department monitoring system — the IT department consists of 2 employees: the head of the department, the system administrator of the Help Desk.
