Key requirements: Knowledge of Windows 10 operating systems. Linux OS - at the basic level; Server OS - Windows 2008/2012/2016 - at a basic level; Remote and/or on-site problem diagnosis skills; Knowledge of computer hardware; maintenance of office equipment; remote access technical support skills; MS Active Directory, MS Exchange, Office365; skills in keeping records of fixed assets and purchases. The main tasks that will be in this position: Installation and configuration of office software; Work with Linux, Windows Server 2012 −2019, Mac OS; Preparing workplaces for new employees and advising them on working with PCs; Administration of the office network (work with network equipment l2, l3); Work with VPN, VLAN, LDAP, AD; Disassembly, repair, diagnostics of PCs/ laptops, printer; Maintains network infrastructure Active Directory, WSUS, DNS, DHCP, Ms Exchange.
