Duties: Support of users (50+ PCs) and office infrastructure (Wi-FI, routers, printers); Debugging and support of workstations based on Microsoft Windows 10, 11; Installation and configuration of software, office and network equipment; Preparation of new jobs for employees; Counseling of employees regarding work with software. Requirements: Knowledge of Microsoft 365 software; Experience with equipment; Higher technical education / or unfinished (can be a student of senior courses of correspondence department); Understanding the principles of DNS, DHCP, NAT, Firewall, VPN, routing, VLAN, WLAN; Knowledge of operating systems at the administrator level: MS Windows Server 2019 — 2022 (AD, DNS, DHCP, etc), MS Windows 10; Knowledge of the principles of operation and construction of local networks and virtual private networks (VPN); Experience in setting up terminal servers (RDP).
