Professional skills: Higher technical education Work experience of 3 years Basic knowledge of building computer networks, SCS, VLan, working with mobile gadgets, PC architecture, Wi-Fi. Relevant legislation of UkraineMinimum understanding of accounting information systems (similar to 1C 7.7, 8.х), integration of information. systems, CRM systems, e-commerce platforms. Experience in the field of IT and communications with users; Experience in servicing workstations/laptops/peripheral equipment/computer networks; Experience in administration of Microsoft Windows client OS; Fluency in the functionality of the Microsoft office suite Office; Practical skills in installing, configuring and administering software from various vendors; Knowledge of the basics of algorithmization and programming; Experience working with databases; Knowledge of the logic of the TCP/IP stack and network protocols; Experience in configuring SOHO routers: TP-LINK/D-LINK/ASUS/ MIKROTIK. Responsibilities: Administration and technical support of users. Maintenance of the current IT infrastructure in working condition, informational support of personnel, solving current problems, within the scope of competence, registration of emerging problems. Support of network performance. Installation and configuration of Windows OS and office software; Maintenance of office equipment: PCs, printers, MFP, etc.; Setup and maintenance of video surveillance systems and access control systems (ACS).
