So, what will be your responsibilities? timely response to user requests (first line of technical support); identifying sources of problems and closing incidents ; assistance in training employees; analysis of technical/hardware problems and identification of sources of their prevention; control over the state of office equipment and network equipment, their configuration; maintenance and configuration of server equipment (HP, DELL, IBM). What will help you in this: experience work from the 1st year in a similar position; high level of communication skills; responsibility, punctuality, ability to work in a team. Professional skills: Microsoft products: Windows 7−11, Office 2013−2019, PowerShell Windows Server (2016, 2019), AD ; Apple products: iOS, Mac OS; network technologies: TSR/IR, DNS, DHCP. knowledge of the principles of operation of Cisco, Fortinet, DELL, HP, Mikrotik equipment.
