Maintain the company's internal infrastructure. Diagnose and repair equipment, work with contractors. Form the policy for repair and replacement of equipment. Automate the process of employee complaints and their processing. Our ideal candidate has: 1+ years of commercial experience in operating and administering MacOS operating systems, Linux, Windows. Experience working and configuring network equipment, understanding the basics of network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, FIreWall, VPN). Experience working with Google Workspace. Understanding the principles of SSO solutions. Experience configuring office equipment. Confidence in in multitasking conditions. Strong organizational and communication skills.
