Requirements: The ability to listen carefully to team members and deal with problem solving, not creating processes; Neatness when working with equipment; The ability to make quick decisions to ensure the smooth operation of the team, which is a priority (example - sometimes it is easier to temporarily replace an employee's PC with another one than to try catch an incomprehensible error); The company uses only licensed software, so the ability to follow the company's protocols is important; Knowledge of English is an average level; Work in the office; Technical knowledge: Basic components of a PC/laptop, methods and tools for diagnosing technical malfunctions; Windows 10/11 at a high level; Basic knowledge of the operation of the Internet and network equipment (knowing the difference between a switch and a router, understanding how Starlink works, how an office network is arranged, how to choose a UPS for network equipment, understanding what happens in a server cabinet, etc.); Superficial or basic knowledge of Autodesk products (Autocad, Navisworks, Revit, ReCap, etc.); Basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Google Workspace, Microsoft Azure; Superficial or basic knowledge of Mikrotik RouterOS; Responsibilities: Technical support for company employees (mainly for Microsoft and Autodesk products); PC preparation for new employees (computer setup according to a prepared scheme), creating backups, restoring PCs from backups; Diagnostics and repair of computers/laptops (only by the method of complete replacement of faulty components); Creation of accesses for remote access (creation of user profiles for OpenVPN/IPsec in RouterOS, creation of .rdp for the user), support of remote users; Diagnosis of network faults or verification of new implementations, work with network equipment with support DevOps specialist (replacement of network equipment, addition of new Wi-Fi access points, scaling of the local network); Administration of users in Microsoft Active Directory, Google Workspace, Autodesk, Microsoft Azure; Monitoring of the availability of the required number of software licenses (in cooperation with other departments );Creation of accounts/access for new employees, and blocking/deletion for dismissed employees;Working with suppliers of office equipment, selection of equipment;Working with Internet providers;Planning equipment purchases together with other departments;Keeping reports; Time to realize your potential!
